Yes, all La Joie Living products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects and workmanship to ensure your peace of mind.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
Can I request a specific delivery date and time?
While we cannot guarantee exact time slots, our courier partners will contact you via SMS or email to provide a tracking link and a delivery window prior to arrival.
Are your furniture pieces pre-assembled?
Many of our French Provincial and Hamptons style pieces are delivered fully assembled or require minimal assembly (such as attaching legs). Detailed assembly instructions are included where required.
